2008 - Sues Update
Having now completed the unpacking from our move from Beverley to Perth
I can now get on with painting new works and organizing exhibition events
for 2008 & 2009.
I am offering a series of One Day Workshops taking place
from March through to November 2008. The 9 DIFFERENT ONE DAY WORKSHOPS
ARE:-
1. INTRODUCTION TO WATERCOLOURS,
2. FLOWER POWER,
3. LANDSCAPES,
4. MIXED MEDIA TREES,
5. PURELY PASTELS,
6. IMPROVE YOUR WATERCOLOURS,
7. CONTEMPORARY FLORALS,
8. SEASCAPES
9. DRAWING FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINERS.
The
workshops run from 10 am - 4 pm on various dates and take place in Murthly,
8 miles north of Perth on the B9099 & 2 miles off the A9. These
workshops are suitable for beginners and improvers and are fun and sociable
events as well as informative. Come and widen your creative skills and
knowledge! Places are limited, so if you are interested its' best to
book early.

Scotland
has many excellent galleries and there are lots of opportunities to
show my work - it is all very exciting. Some of my work can currently
be viewed at Destiny Antiques, Art and Design, Perth Airport, Scone
(01738-553273). I will be exhibiting locally in Tayside later on this
year and venues and dates will be posted on this site as soon as possible
and I will be taking part in the Perthshire Open Studios in September
this year.
The Perthshire Open Studios initiative is now well under way and the
dates are Saturday 27th September - Sunday 5th October 2008;- put these
dates in your diary now! It is a wonderful opportunity to meet lots
of artists and makers and view their work. Many of us, myself included,
will be demonstrating regularly throughout this period. More information
